This tab gives access to a variety of enquiry functions.
The default is to display the current Transaction file. Access is available to Archived transactions as well as a
Previous transaction file, which allows previous financial years to be selected – if on file.
The transactions may be viewed Forwards or Backwards.
The transactions may be filtered by a range of criteria – to assist when making enquiries on the
account detail.
The Reset button will revert to the original full display.
This button will display additional details not available on the initial display. Access is available to
the Daybook details from this enquiry.
This enquiry will display along with other details, the daybook number and the person responsible
for the posting.
This is an extremely useful option, which removes the dependency on daybook enquiries, by
displaying the double entry of the selected transaction line.
