Cost Centre – this is a mandatory field and must be unique.
Shortname – used for the Shortname search facility.
Description – full description of the Cost Centre.
User defined code – optional code for user reporting.
M/A code – provides a link for Management Accounts.
External system code – user defined code for exporting to third party packages.
M/A analysis code – used for additional drill down reporting.
Cost centre group – this is the link used to create a valid nominal ledger code(s)
using the Account Inclusion/Exclusion table.
Accounting division – used if divisional accounting is required, a code specifies
which division the Cost Centre belongs to.
