Page one of the stock audit report shows six main column headings, nine sub headings and
values.

Description
Part number
Parts where the Audit report has found either an Audit variance or an
Audit Write off
Audit
First Column
Audit number at previous day end
Second Column
Current Audit number at day end
Stock Change
Total change of Stock and Surcharge value on a stock record since
last stock reconciliation.
Purchases
Total purchases of stock and surcharges on this stock record since
last stock reconciliation. Also shown is the total Audit Write off figures
on this record.
Sales
Total sales of stock and surcharges on this stock record since last
stock reconciliation.
Variances
The difference between the stock change and the Sales and/or
Purchase figures for both Stock and Surcharges. This includes Stock
Checks and Surcharge changes from Price Updates. Also reports if
GIS or WIP value does not agree with expected value.
Note 1: An asterisk against the Part records indicates that a Parts Log record is missing.
