STEP 4
Enter a new Code which has to be unique. It is recommended that all codes are created in
UPPERCASE.
The Code can be the code used by the manufacturer as long as it is not more than five
characters in length.
Enter the manufacturer9s description of the colour in the Description field.
Select the Generic colour code for the colour, the full list available is accessed by clicking on
the ellipsis button to the right of this field.
Select the Colour type from the drop down list accessed by clicking on the

STEP 5
Click Create to save the record. Check the message board to confirm the record has been
successfully created.
STEP 6
Click Exit to go back to the Franchise Data menu.
