8. Introduction
This option is used to set up all the specific colours offered by the manufacturer so that they can be used in the
Vehicle Stock Book (VSB) and Showroom modules. The specific colours for each manufacturer or franchise set
up in Franchise Data will normally set up.
It is recommended that the manufacturer9s specific 8codes9 and colour 8descriptions9 are used in this set up routine
as this will make identifying specific colours in the VSB and Showroom modules easier.
Alternatively, this option can also be used to set up wheelbase lengths for use by heavy goods vehicle franchises.
Before this option can be used the generic colour codes will need to have been created – refer to process
