Select the Details Page 1 tab.
Some information will already be present even if the copy option has not been taken. The
information shown will either be that from the variant copied or the information that has been
set up on the variant default template (this can be found in Franchise Data / System
Maintenance / Variant Defaults).
Fields that are advisable to complete are:

CC (mandatory in VSB before the sales invoice can be produced)
C02 Emission

Model year
Usually the Current variant will be set to Y but if N is selected the variant will not be available to
order new in the VSB or Showroom modules and any variants already in stock will show in
blue.
There are three description fields for the vehicle, Description VSB/SR, POS description and
CRM description. Usually only the VSB/SR description is used by the system but the other two
can be accessed via the report Generator module.
The Co2 Emission and Fuel type data is used in VSB to automatically pick up the RFL cost for
the variant provided the Country Specifics module has been set up to do this.
