The screen shown below will be displayed.
To create a new variant an existing variant can be loaded and then copied to create a new
variant with the relevant fields amended for the new variant or the new variant can be created
from a blank record.
To create a new variant from a blank go to STEP 4.
It can be easier and quicker to create a new variant from an existing variant if there are a lot of
similarities between the new variant and the variant copied.
To create a new variant by copying an existing variant, load up the existing variant first. Select
the Franchise code by clicking on the ellipsis to the right of the field, highlight the required
franchise and click OK.
Select the Model code by clicking on the ellipsis to the right of this field, highlight the required
model and click OK.
Select the Variant by clicking on the ellipsis to the right of this field, highlight the required
variant and click OK.
The details of the selected variant will now be loaded. Click Copy and then click Create.
Go to STEP 6 and make the necessary adjustments before saving the record.
