STEP 6
Select the Service/Warranty tab.
The information on this tab is used by other departments within the business such as
marketing and service. The service department should be able to assist in completing the
information required on this tab.
Refer to the Autoline help files
STEP 7
for a detailed explanation of fields.
Select the Notes tab.
Information relating to the model can be entered here.
STEP 8
The fields on the Fleet Details tab are not currently used by Autoline.
STEP 9
The Picture tab can be used to attach a picture of the model that can be used in the Showroom
module.
STEP 10
Click Create or Save to save the new model details.
It is important to check the Message (board) to make sure the record has been created and
saved correctly.
STEP 11
If another new model is to be created go to STEP 2 otherwise go to STEP 12.
STEP 12
Click Exit to go back to the Franchise Data main menu.
