STEP 1
From the Franchise data main menu select Model codes and click on OK.
STEP 2
A new model can be created by copying an existing model or by starting from a blank. To
create a new model from a blank go to STEP 3.
It can be easier and quicker to create a new model from an existing model if there are a lot of
similarities between the new model and an existing model.
To create a new model by copying an existing model, load up the existing model first. Select
the Franchise code by clicking on the ellipsis to the right of the field. Highlight the required
franchise and click OK.
Select the Model code by clicking on the ellipsis to the right of this field. Highlight the required
model and click OK.
The details of the selected model will now be loaded. Click Copy and then click Create.
Go to STEP 4 and make the necessary adjustments before saving the record.
STEP 3
To create a new record from a blank click Blank and then click Create.
