The Report Generator
The report generator option can be used to create new reports. The new reports generated can link to the other
Autoline modules such as the Vehicle Stock Books and Nominal Ledger modules so that information in these
other modules can be used to create a report. There is a Report Generator option in most of the Autoline
modules and a lot of standard reports have already been created ready to be used.
Once a new report has been created it can be saved and re-used when necessary.

Ad-hoc Enquiries
The Ad-hoc enquiries option is not as powerful as the Report Generator option as it can not pull information from
the other modules such as the Vehicle Stock Books and the Nominal Ledger modules. Consequently this option
is easier to use to produce reports.
Once a report has been created it can be saved and re-used when necessary.
Franchise Listing
This report lists the franchises set up on the system with contact names and telephone numbers for those
franchises.
Model Code Listing
This report can be used to get a list of the various models set up for each franchise.
Variant Listing
This report can be used to get a list of all the variants set up for a specific franchise. The list is split into model
categories and includes the list price (before Vat) of each variant.
Variant Specifications
There are several options on this report. One report can list the variants by model and by franchise. This report
shows the selling price of the variants, the delivery selling price and the standard options attached to each variant.
This option can be used to create a report listing all the options available for each variant. This report can be run
by variant, model or franchise.
