The Copy Options Wizard can only be used to copy options from their 8source9. The 8source9 is where the option
has been created. An option can be created at (say) Franchise level and be applied to that level and at any level
below it. Thus if an option has been created at the franchise level it must be copied from the franchise level, it will
not be possible to copy it from a lower level using the Copy Options Wizard.
