to the right of this field.

It is normal practise to use either Optional or Blank (not available) although the other two
settings can be used. With the 8Availability9 set to O – Optional left click in the column headed
Flag next to the new Warranty line and this will make the option available (at the Franchise
level in this instance).
The normal practise is to show the options as Optional even if the option is standard on the
vehicle. Thus, if Leather trim is standard on some variants, it might still show as optional on
those variants.
It is not recommended that standard option are set as standard on the relevant variant records
as the sales invoice will usually show each option as a line on the invoice making the invoice a
lengthy document in some cases.
STEP 15
Click Save on the toolbar to save the changes.
