It is normal practise to use either Optional or Blank (not available) although the other two
settings can be used.
The normal practise is to show most Non Recoverable options as Optional.
Left click in the Flag column on the line for the new option and it be set to optional (in this
instance).
STEP 14
Click Save on the toolbar to save all the changes.
