16. Introduction
It is important to read the process 03.005.02 – Build Specification – Introduction to Creating Options. It is
important to understand the principles outlined in this process before trying to create a new Non Recoverable
option.
The information for the 8Non Recoverable9 options is not supplied by a third party source such as David Henley or
CAP Data. Non Recoverable options are usually unique to each individual dealership and as such they are
normally created by each dealership for each franchise.
All the various Non Recoverable options offered by the business will need to be set up in the Franchise Data
module before it is available in the Vehicle Stock Book (VSB) or Showroom modules.
