It is normal practise to use either Optional or Blank (not available) although the other two
settings can be used.
The normal practise is to show most Dealer options as Optional.
With the Availability set to O – Optional left click in the column headed 8Flag9 and the option will
be made optional (in this case at the Franchise level as that is the highlighted level on the left
of the screen).
STEP 14
Click Save on the toolbar to save all the changes.
