STEP 10
The Picture tab can be used to link a picture of the specific option which can then be used in
the Showroom module.
Click OK to save the details and to continue.
STEP 11
Click on the Prices tab. Right click on the newly created option line.
Click on Edit this price….
STEP 12
The Variant/Option Prices window will be displayed.
Enter the Effective from date for the prices.
Enter the Selling price, this should be the 8Maximum Recommended Retail Price9 before Vat.
Enter the Cost price for the option. If the cost is using a Source code of W – The Workshop
then the cost set here is the maximum the workshop can charge.
The cost and selling prices entered here can be edited in the VSB and Showroom modules
provided the user has the relevant priority level.
The Taxable price and the Car tax flag fields do not need to be completed as there is currently
no functionality behind these fields.
Click OK to save the details and to continue.
