Click on the Prices tab. Right click on the newly created option line.
Click on Edit this price….

The Variant/Option Prices window will be displayed.
Enter the Effective from date for the prices.
Enter the Selling price, this should be the 8Manufacturers Maximum Recommended Retail
Price9 before Vat.
The Option margin from Franchise will be picked automatically by the system. It looks to find a
margin on the Variant record, if this is blank it will go to the Model record and if this is blank it
will go to the Franchise record. If no margin is found at any of these levels either enter the
correct margin or enter a value in the Cost price field.
The prices entered here can be edited in the VSB and Showroom modules provided the user
has the relevant priority level.
The Taxable price and the Car tax flag fields do not need to be completed, as there is currently
no functionality behind these fields.
Click OK to save the details and to continue.
