STEP 1
Once an Ad Hoc enquiry has been built, while editing the enquiry select the
Commands button.
STEP 2
Select the option SORT= and click on OK.
STEP 3
The command is added to the Ad Hoc, click on the end of SORT= and type in the field
the report is to be sorted by, e.g. SORT=1DRVMAGIC
STEP 4
Click on the Command button again.
STEP 5
Select the option NODUPS and click on OK. The nodups command is added to the
end of SORT=1DRVMAGIC NODUPS
STEP 6
Click on Check Query.
STEP 7
Click on Proceed.
