Enquiry
Within the Ad Hoc
enquiry click on
the Commands
button
Select SORT=
Click on OK and the
command is added to
the end of the selection
Click at the end of
SORT= and add in
the fieldname to
sort the report by
E.G. SORT=2SURNAME
Click on Check
Query
Click on Proceed and
the report is sorted
