From the CRM menu
select System
Maintenance followed
by Delete a Batch of
Letters
To find the letter batch number
refer to process 02.040.02 L4
Find Last Batch for a Letter
Enter the letter batch
number
Click on OK
The batch is now deleted
Click on Close
