16. Introduction
After a letter has been run it may be necessary to cancel it, deleting the follow-up of the generating contacts,
possibly so that the letter can be run again. Armed with the correct batch number it can then be entered into the
Delete a batch of letters option. To find the batch number refer to process 02.040.02 L4 Find Last Batch for a
Letter.
