From the CRM menu select System maintenance followed by File usage statistics.

STEP 2
The file usage is displayed.
For information on the Contact History file see line 8 for the file conta and the size In
Use including the percentage Data. This will help you to establish if the file is big
enough to accept all contact history being created from the mailshot.
If it isn9t you MUST contact your Systems Administrator or ADP Support in order
that the file is extended before the campaign is printed.
STEP 3
Click on Exit to return to the menu.
