14. Introduction
This program provides a list of all the files within the CRM module and the Percentage 8In Use9 and percentage
8Data9 in use. This option can be used to check the percentage of data in use within the 8Contact History9 (conta)
file before running a Campaign to avoid an error message during the printing of the letters. Files shown in Red
detail that the file is full and needs extending (contact your system administrator) and files shown in Yellow detail
that the file is becoming full.
