Within Verbs select Export and click on OK.

Once you have done this, add a separate line /user1/xfer csv as shown below. The
/user1/xfer/ tells the Autoline system where to create the temporary file and should be
standard on all systems although the /user1 may be different depending on your own
system (check this with your system administrator). The CSV is to tell the system to
create a Comma Separated Variable file.
It is important to remember that while exporting an address from a particular file that
only the address found in the record e.g. customer record would be exported. When
exporting addresses it is necessary to add in a check on the letters flag to only pull
records for either the (2) home or (3) company address and changing the field
headings according to the address which needs to be exported, which may result in
exporting two sets of data.

IF 1LETTERS = 2 or 1LETTERS = 3
