Output Methods
12. Introduction
There are various different output methods that can be used within Ad-hoc, for example, Print, Display, Spread,
Label and Export. This section deals with Spread and Export.
The spread and export options allows the user to download raw data from Autoline into a third party software to
manipulate for other purposes.
Note: When data is extracted from Autoline via Export or Spread for CRM purposes there will be no automatic
write back to the customer record documenting what CRM initiatives have happened. Also, no safety checks are
performed to confirm that a customer has requested no CRM correspondence unless this has been incorporated
into the query.
