Ad hoc provides a build selection tool that enables the selection of the information
required. By clicking on the Field button, a list will show all the fields in the selected
file. For example, highlight the SOURCE field and click on OK. By clicking on
Operator, a list will show all the available relations for comparing the information you
are looking for. For example, click on = Equals. You are then required to put the
comparison information required to complete this line of the query. For example, REF,
once complete click on OK.

To display the selected criteria, click on the Check query button half way down the
screen.
