From within the campaigns toolbar, select the Advanced icon
following menu is displayed:

The selection list displayed is determined by the type of campaign being completed,
this is controlled by the contact code entered on the Main tab, refer to process
02.030.01 L2 Creating a Contact Code. If the contact code is not flagged as being
Vehicle Contact Y/N, vehicle selections will not be made available.
STEP 3
Ad Hoc enquiry is displayed. Write the selection for the mailshot. Refer to process
02.009.01 L1 Structuring an Ad Hoc, an example is shown below:
STEP 4
Once the Ad Hoc has been completed, click on the Exit button to return to the
campaign and a list of Customers are displayed, refer to process 02.030.06 L2
Customers to continue with the mailshot.
