Selection
5. Introduction
The selection is done either via a basic campaign enquiry or the advanced enquiry. Basic merges the customer
and company or the vehicle, customer and company files where appropriate and gives a limited amount of fields
to select on, such as branch, company position, franchise or model.
BASIC CAMPAIGN SELECTION
It is possible to report on more than one field at a time, for example, to write to all customers/prospects with a
specific branch code i.e. Telford and have a company position of 8buyer9.
