Click on the Letter
tab
Refer to process 02.030.02 L2
Copying the Letter Template
for assistance
Press Ctrl V to
paste the copied
letter
Type in the
required letter text
Select the required
field from the Derived,
Vehicle, Customer or
Company tab
Enter a merge
field?
Double click to
add to the letter
Position the cursor
where the
signature is
required
Is a font signature
required?
YES
Select the
signature font from
the down down list
NO
Press the
keyboard key to
activate the
signature
Click on Save
Click on the Test
Print icon from the
toolbar
Select the appropriate
Windows printer
