Campaigns – Copying a
Letter Template
2. Introduction
When creating a 8blank9 new campaign it is recommended that a copy of an existing letter template is taken and
then added to the new campaign. One of the benefits is that the address merge fields do not have to be entered
manually to the letter format thus limiting the option for error, secondly the layout and format of the letter can be
copied from this template to speed up the campaign process.
