Enter the following fields as required against the Detail tab.

Group
Select the CA (Campaigns) group code.
Description
Enter a meaningful description using upper and lower case.
Type
Enter the type of this contact code as Normal.
Strength 1-9
Assuming that a contact requires follow-up, the parameters
stored here determine when the follow-up will be done. For the
majority of campaigns because of the volume of letters being
sent out the contact will be self-terminating. As the campaign
is always viewed as a weak contact the follow-up days will
come from
