The following is an example of these fields added to the selection:-

Will exclude any customer record which has been
flagged as a tick for Stop all Mail.
1LETTERS = 2
Will select only customer records which have a
letters/contact method of 2-home excluding either 3company or 1-no correspondence.
2STATUS = L
Will exclude any customer record which has either been
set for No direct mail or Data protected or Deletion
within the customer status field.
2ADDRESS(2)

Will exclude any customer record which does not have a
2nd line of address, this however is necessary if the
address being used in the enquiry is the customer
address, this could also be modified for the company
address. E.G. in this example the prefix number (file id)
of the field would be replaced to 3 for the company file.
