23. Introduction
When using the ad-hoc facility to either print or export data the exclusion of CRM records can be achieved where
records may either be set for deletion, no mail, no direct mail or stop all mail, or where you may wish to
exclude a CRM record which does not have a completed address. This procedure would be necessary if letters
have not been printed using the campaign facility in order that these particular records are suppressed from the
enquiry whereas the campaign letter facility would complete this automatically.
