22. Introduction
Customer letter templates allows the sending of a 8one-off9 letter to a select customer record. All departments can
use this facility to send out letters, for example, the sales department may want to send a letter to a prospective
customer that has enquired about purchasing a new vehicle, or the parts department may wish to send a letter to
a customer to inform that the part on order is now in stock.
Each letter that is sent has the option to be recorded within the customers contact history along with a copy of the
letter printed.
