Notes
13. Introduction
It is possible to add additional contacts and follow-up notes before it is saved. These notes are memo only;
therefore they cannot be used in any form of extraction at a later date.
Once contact follow-up notes have been added and a contact has been saved to the history, an icon will indicate
that additional notes exist and can be retrieved for viewing.
