Closing a Contact
11. Introduction
Rather than recording a terminated contact an extra facility exists on the toolbar within an open contact to Close
the contact simply. This allows you to close down an outstanding contact without having to record any additional
contacts to satisfy it off. This could be useful when deleting customer records.
