From within My
desktop select Tools
followed by
Demonstrator
bookings
Search and select
the required
booking for
authorisation
At this stage the booking can be
Cancelled or Re-scheduled
Select the icon for
Approve from the
toolbar
At the e-mail
prompt enter any
text to send to the
booking user
The booking colour will
change to purple within the
booking grid, note the
booking key
