The Date Filter
The date filter displays the demonstrator diary for the date shown in the field. This can be changed by clicking on
the ellipsis button
. A calendar will then be displayed and a new date can be selected.
The options for the booking frequency are:
Daily
This is the default view and shows the times which demonstrator vehicles have
confirmed bookings, booking awaiting authorisation, overlapped bookings and
bookings that have started.
Weekly total bookings
This simply shows the number of bookings against each vehicle on a weekly
basis starting from the date selected:
Weekly total Hours
Shows a view similar to that above but the figures are displayed as a number of
hours each vehicle is booked for the corresponding days:
Monthly total bookings
Allows a view of the number of bookings made for each vehicle on each day of
the current month:
Monthly total hours
This option works on a similar basis to the monthly total bookings but rather than
the number of bookings being displayed the total number of booked hours for the
date is shown:
