Start and Complete a
Demonstrator Booking
34. Introduction
Demonstrator bookings can be set up to start and complete a booking within one process to cut down what
actions a user has to achieve.
If the booking is for a customer then a record of their full driving licence information can be recorded, if this data is
not captured the system will pre warn the user are they sure they want to carry out a demonstrator booking
without the driving licence information.
Contact history can if required, be recorded to indicate which customer record has been on a demonstrator and
what follow-up task is required.
