Does a contact need recording? Depending upon settings held in system parameters
a contact screen will display. At this stage a contact may be recorded allowing for a
follow-up to be generated. This can be particularly useful for a sales executive to
follow-up the customer prior to the booking, refer to process 02.003.01 L1 Creating a
New Contact. However, if this is not required, click on Cancel to return to the
demonstrator booking grid.
STEP 9
The booking will now be shown in the booking grid, refer to the colour key for
information on the different types of bookings shown. An approved booking is shown
in yellow.
This will depend on the user9s priority to either book or automatically approve a demo
booking.
