Search for the required customer record; refer to process 02.001.01 L1 Searching for
CRM Records.
STEP 2
To access Demonstrator bookings select My desktop from the toolbar select Tools
followed by Demonstrator bookings.
STEP 3
If the vehicle is going out now, select the Now icon
vehicle is being booked for later, proceed to step 4.
STEP 4
If the vehicle is being pre-booked ahead choose the time frame using the date and
arrows to select the appropriate time for the booking.
