Customer record

desktop select Tools
followed by
Demonstrator booking
Choose the time frame
using the date and
arrows to select the
appropriate time for
the booking

Is the booking
happening Now?
Yes
Select the Now
icon in the booking
grid
Complete the
booking screen
details
Click on the Driver
icon from the
toolbar
Yes
Is additional driver
information required?
Complete the relevant
information including
the driving license
number
No
Click OK
Click on Create

Contact

If the Now button has been
used, quick fire questions will
display at the bottom of the
booking screen
Does a Contact
need recording?
No
If the Contact
screen appears
select Cancel
The booking will
now be displayed in
the grid
