If any damage is to be recorded against the vehicle, click on
, the following
assessment diagram will be displayed:
By left clicking on the area of the vehicle which has the damage list of damage types is displayed.
Once each type of damage is selected a list of the total damage to the vehicle as shown.
Click on Save once completed.
STEP 7
Once the vehicle record has been entered, click on the Save icon. The vehicle will now appear in
the booking grid.
