STEP 1
To access Demonstrator bookings select My desktop from the toolbar select Tools followed by
Demonstrator bookings.
STEP 2
In order to book a demonstrator, a vehicle must be created in the grid.
from the toolbar
To create a demonstrator vehicle, click onthe Create vehicle icon
will search for a vehicle record held in CRM which is either in stock (i.e. status of 8S9) or set up
as a Demo 8D9 vehicle record against the status field.
STEP 3
Search for the required vehicle by registration number. See process 02.001.01 L1 Searching for
CRM Records.
STEP 4
Click on Load, the Create load vehicle screen will be made available for inputting.
