Vehicle
From within My
desktop select Tools
followed by
Demonstrator booking
Click on Create
vehicle from the
toolbar
Note: Only vehicles created
through Vehicle Stockbooks at
status S or D are made available
Refer to process 02.001.01 L1
Searching for CRM Records
Search for the
required stock
record
Select Load
Complete all the
required fields
ensuring that the
Vehicle type is
correct
Select
Click on the area
of the car picture
where damage is
present
Yes
Is there any damage to
record against the vehicle?
As damage is chosen a list is
displayed on the right
No
Choose from the
list of damage
conditions
Click on Save
The vehicle is down
shown in the booking
list
