32. Introduction
CRM allows the creation and maintenance of a database of available demonstrators, available for customers and
executives alike. Information is available when the vehicles are booked out, which individual has been booked to
and additional driver information such as driving licence details and insurance.
The system allows to separately book, start, complete and cancel a booking allowing the control of availability of
demonstrator vehicles. Any damage that has occurred to the demonstrator vehicle can be recorded by a list of
user specific pre-determined codes. It is also possible to control which user has the access to fully authorise
bookings.
