From the CRM menu select Miscellaneous options.
STEP 2
Select CSI Survey setup.
STEP 3
Create a new survey
To create a new survey click on the create button
After the create option is selected the survey wizard screen is opened. The following
processes are shown in the stage group on the left hand side of the screen. The
current stage is indicated with an arrow. Each completed stage will appear as a green
tick.
The welcome screen simply welcomes you to the survey setup wizard. The welcome
stage is indicated as the current stage. Click on Next
