Survey
From the CRM
menu select
Miscellaneous
Options
CSI Survey setup
Create a new
survey
Click Create
Welcome to the
Create Survey
wizard, Click Next
Select a question
type click next
Enter the question
details and weight
of question
click next
Review of the
Question completed
Will be displayed
If you select likert or multiple
choice you will be prompted
to enter the number of
allowed options
If you select likert or multiple
choice you will need to enter
your answer choices
To add another
question
click
Next Question
To save survey
and questions
click Finish
Enter survey ID
and Decription
Click on Save

use from My CRM. Making
the survey available is an
independent part of the
