From the CRM menu
select Reports &
Enquiries, Database
cleansing
Deduplication utility
Select either Companies,
Customers or Vehicles
icon
Click Suggest
Select fields and enter
branch and logic
Right click in the grid on the
record that is to be kept,
select Nominate as master
record
Right click on other records
and select Mark to merge
with master
Click Next
Key information can be
moved to the master record
by using the blue arrows
Click Next
Record locking
Click Next
To start the merge
process select the relevant
option
Click OK
