20. Introduction
The CRM database will regularly need to be monitored and cleansed. Cleansing reports will be installed to assist
in this operation. Such reports will include:

Duplicate Customers
Duplicate Companies
Duplicate Vehicle by Registration/Chassis Number
When records are flagged for deletion they are not removed from the system straight away, a consolidation
process happens normally at the end of the week; this process deletes all flagged records and tidies up links.
Once the record has been deleted it cannot be retrieved.
